This apple cider vinegar (ACV) infusion works great as a rinse that promotes healthy hair growth and removes excess build-up with added benefits from strengthening and conditioning botanicals that are especially great for improving hair structure and decreasing breakage.
ACV is packed with tons of healthy hair benefits! It balances hair pH and unclogs the scalp and hair from sweat, dead skin cells and other residues – clarifying, softening and volumizing hair without weighing strands down with fillers like silicone and oils. In addition, anti-microbial properties of ACV help to calm scalp conditions including dandruff.
Burdock & green tea stimulate healthy hair growth by improving scalp circulation and are anti-oxidant rich which helps prevent follicle damage. In addition, burdock and green tea are also anti-inflammatory which soothes the scalp – in effect improving hair volume. Burdock is also fatty-acid rich which helps condition the scalp, and helps normalize scalp oil production – balancing for both dry and oily hair types. Marshmallow root (rich in polysaccharides and mucilage) and hibiscus (rich in Vitamin C and amino acids) are effective at conditioning, detangling and making hair soft, shiny, and voluminous. Mucilage binds to follicles - boosting hair thickness - while Vitamin C stimulates collagen production - improving hair structure and texture. Horsetail also improves hair strength as it is naturally rich in silica. All of these botanicals are further packed with hair nourishing anti-oxidants, nutrients and minerals.
This rinse also acts as an in-shower defrizzer that adds shine to hair. It also makes a great follow-up step when transitioning to shampoo soap bars (check out any of our soap bars for more details). 250ml

Directions: Mix 8 parts water to 1 part of this concentrated blend in a squirt bottle. Apply to your scalp and hair after shampooing. Leave on for a few minutes, then rinse.
